Application procedure
If, following a request for accessible information or a complaint, the request has been rejected, the person concerned disagrees with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the person concerned may lodge an appeal.
A complaint may also be lodged if twenty working days have elapsed without a response having been received.
The complaint may be submitted via the General Portal on the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation’s website, as well as through any of the other channels set out in Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Complaints will be received and dealt with by the Ministry’s Sub-Directorate-General for Service Inspection.
